There was a time when I avoided mirrors.

Not because I didn’t care about how I looked—but because I cared too much.

Every morning, I would notice a little more scalp showing. A few more strands on my pillow. A few more lost in the shower. At first, I told myself it was nothing. Stress. Weather. Temporary.

But deep down, I already knew the truth.

I was losing my hair.

And with it, I was slowly losing something even harder to admit—my confidence.

The Silent Struggle No One Talks About

Hair loss is not just about appearance.
